Assimilate is an improvisation duo made up of Lela Stepgood and Josh Hards. They bring their dazzling brand of spontaneous science fiction and speculative futures to our stage in this compact version of their show, Intercepted. Think Futurama meets Fury Road meets Galaxy Quest… in a bunker at the end of the universe. Maybe there’ll be survivors, maybe there’ll be robots, maybe there’ll be extra-terrestrials. There will be a future. It might not be pretty.
